 Someone appears to be sleeping on the bench at the park this afternoon. Normally, that probably wouldn't be something to really stare at. Save the fact that, while he's not dressed in black persay, he's got a fairly unique scar on the side of his face, and most small children don't have white hair as ridiculously long as that.

[ The moment she stepped within his vicinity that familiar pressure hit her hard and she hugged her arms tightly to her, glancing around to see if she recognized anyone. But then it was a very slim chance, after all she only really knew those that had worked in the research department and those minds generally burned through their use relatively quickly. It was unlikely anyone from the research department would even still be around after near a year in a half. ]

[ Her eyes stop on the person sleeping on a bench. ]

[ Oh no. Nonononono. No. This can't be happening. It just can't. She should go get Shinichi-no-the idiot would just get them both killed. Whatever she needed to do, she needed to do it away from here. Immediately she starts in the direction of the professors. ]

While Ai is walking away, there's a loud THUD from behind.

[ She stops in her tracks. She should just keep going there's no reason for her to stop. She's not a detective and she doesn't have issues with curiosity like a certain heedless detective. But for some reason she stops to see that Gin has rolled off the bench. ]

[ ....She finds this amusing. Is he still with the organization? It might just be that he isn't if he's sleeping on a bench. The organization pays better than that. ]

He didn't just roll off, he rolled off and landed face first-

And with a slight sputter to get the hair out of his face, he's standing up... Apparently not aware that someone's behind him. "Nggghhh... HAAAAAHHH..." Loud yawn. Huh. Annnnd stretching...

And- Looking back! ...Not at all with the look you'd probably expect though. If anything, the mild shock is evident.

[ Her eyes meet his a fraction of a second and she contemplates running. He recognizes her, she's sure of it. Instead though, she just crosses her arms and watches him with a vaguely amused look on her face. Despite the situation she'd never show him her fear. ]

No this is definitely not possible. Definitely not he doesn't recall.. Any vats of chemical waste being stored above the prison cell, let alone a collapse ONTO the cell and-

What happened? I thought They paid you more than enough and yet you're sleeping on a bench in a park. I can only assume you're no longer on payroll.

"...You're still right," he adds after a moment, sounding more than a little disgruntled about it. "I don't think there's a word for this position of unemployment though."

That's because most people aren't 'fired' by way of someone claiming them to be dead before bringing them in as a distant relative. It's not exactly a common thing.
